Nowest of the College's organizations, the Harvard Art Association will spring to life Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock with a meeting in the Lowell House Junior Common Room featuring talks by Fredrick B. Deknatel, associate professor of Fine Arts, and Joseph Budmet 09, professor of Architecture and dean of the Faculty of Design, and scheduled for an airing by WHCN.

The Association, says founder Robert L. Metters '50, is designed particularly for students who are not able to fit Fine Arts courses into their programs but who are interested in keeping abreast of the subject. In addition to its bi-weekly presentation of speakers, the group will publish a semi-annual art journal.
