Peabody and Boston Feature Fourth Rally

Football fever succumbed temporarily to the November frost last night, with the result that a mere 400 Crimson rooters turned out to cheer for a win today against Brown, in the season's fourth major rally before the steps of the Indoor Athletic Building.

High spots of the evening were talks by "Chub" Peabody, Chief Boston, and Cheerleader Jerry Spear who explained the new card system that will be used in the stands today to insure greater cheering uniformity. A mild ripple was provided by Captain Cleo O'Donnell, who modestly admitted that "as for being an inspirational leader, it's pretty easy when you have a great football team behind you."

Once again the police found themselves in the desirable position of having nothing to do other than stomp around to keep warm. The number of hot betting tips furnished from the rostrum undoubtedly made this work easy.
