Denied Winter Campus Housing, International Students Scramble to Find Alternative Options
Through emergency action last night by the Inter house Social Committee, which was faced earlier in the day with a complete sellout of tickets to the four House dances scheduled for the Saturday night of the Yale weekend, the facilities of the Adams House Dining Room, with its added capacity of 305 couples are now available.
Growing demand yesterday evening could not be satisfied with the accommodations of Dunster, Kirkland, Leverett, and Lowell, committeeman Stephen D. Becker '47 reported at the close of the meeting. Tonight at 7:30 o'clock the added tickets will go on sale in the junior common rooms of all the houses.
First come first served will be the dispensing principle still in force, with a limit of one admission to a customer.
