Denied Winter Campus Housing, International Students Scramble to Find Alternative Options
Whipped into top shape through stiff workouts in Briggs Cage this week, Jaako Mikkola's winter trackmen will swing back into action tomorrow when they invade Phillips Exeter Academy.
Reportedly much weaker than the all-time great Exeter outfit of two years ago, the present squad should give the Crimson little trouble. Exeter will probably pick up some points in the dashes and definitely in the field events.
The Crimson should sweep most of its points in the 300, 600, and 1000, with such men as Bob Clark, Cliff Wharton, Hugh De Fries, Chuck Steinbauer, Charlie Atwell, Mark Tuttle, and Vic Moriarty.
Final tune-up for the Crimson before the annual B.A.A. Games early next month, will be a dual meet with Phillips Andover Academy at Andover a week from tomorrow.
