As a result of trials held last Monday in the Lowell House Junior Common Room, the Harvard Debating Council announced today the election of Richard T. Gill '48 and Glenn B. Moore of the NROTC. A field of 12 had competed in the trials.

First on the schedule of activities for the revived Council is a debate tentatively scheduled against Williams College for September 16. Two Crimson debaters will travel to Williamstown to participate in the first of a home-and-home series.
