Joseph Erickson Will Lead Yacht Club During 1944-45

The Harvard Yacht Club has announced the names of four undergraduates who have been elected officers for the 1944-45 season.

The men elected are: Joseph A. Erickson, Jr. '46, commodore; George B. Thurber '47, vice-commodore; Joseph Littlefield '47, rear-commodore; and Robert Erskine '47, secretary-treasurer.

Organized back in 1936, the Harvard Yacht Club has played an important part in keeping dinghy racing interest high in the East, and has included such members as Daniel Noyes, Johnny Burton, and George O'Day, present commodore of the Pleon Yacht Club of Marblehead.
