Peter F. Kranz '45, of the NROTC at Kirkland House and Buffalo, New York, will replace as president of Phillips Brooks House, John W. Ellison '44, who is graduating in October. Kent C. Fry '45, of Lowell House and New York City, will take over the vice-presidency.

Kranz will be the fifty president of PBH this year, and is the first ever to held the office after only a year and five months of membership. Kranz was personnel chairman on the War Service Committee and in May had been advanced to the vice-presidency.

Fry was placed in charge of the war volunteers in April and recently became chairman of the Social Service Committee. The new officers will take charge following the next cabinet meeting.
