To the Editor of the Crimson:

I note in the Tuesday Crimson a statement that "President Conant will face questions on the tenure problem when an open discussion on 'The Problems of the Modern University' is held at the Dunster House Forum on Wednesday evening, February 14."

President Conant is to speak on the relationship between the liberal arts college and professional training, and I do not see that the tenure problem would be a relevant question. S. F. Harris
