First undergraduate casualty of the war is Henry S. Bonner '45 of Rye Center, N. H., who was wounded by mortar shell fragments in the North African campaign, according to reports reaching here yesterday.
Bonner, who lived in Thayer Hall while at Harvard, enlisted in the Army in June of last year. Cairo headquarters of the American Field Service advised that the youth was responding to medical treatment.
