With a topic "What's Wrong With American Newspapers," five of the Nieman Fellows, journalists representing newspapers throughout the country, will present the third in the series of Government Department sponsored forums tonight at 7:30 o'clock, at Lowell House Junior Common Room.
This meeting will be conducted in the same manner as the preceding forums, with participation of the audience as well as the announced speakers in the evening's discussion. Henry C. Thomson, teaching fellow in the department of Government, will act as the usual neutral chairman.
The Nieman Fellows will be represented by Willard Browne, of the Sacramento Union, John Day, of the Huntington, West Virginia Associated Press, Fred Warner Neal, of the Washington Bureau of the Wall Street Journal, Robert Okin, of the New York City Associated Press, and William Townes of the Cleveland Press.
