LACROSSE MEN BURY ANDOVER

Crimson Ten Swamps Preps In 11-4 Deluge Wednesday

Snapping their losing streak with an 11 to 4 victory, the Crimson lacrosse men feasted on an unorganized Andover ten Wednesday afternoon. This is the team's first game under the coaching of Captain Tom Bridge and the last one before the Yale tussle since tomorrow's M. I. T. game has been cancelled.

Travelling up to the prep school, the team was slightly slow in starting when the Blue men tallied first on a goal by their Captain Johnson. Jay Hurley, who chalked up three markers before final whistle, matched that score later in the quarter.

Slowly the stickmen got their shooting range and the score was augmented with two scores by George Angle, and single points by Nat Bracket, Dink Donahue, Ed Barber, John Rogers, Tom Bridge, and Bill Guild. The Crimson's nets were frequently disturbed by Andover's Johnson, who scored the rest of their goals. He was assisted by midfielder Heckle, but the rest of the team did not show the former's spunk.

Jerry Levy, in the Crimson's lace work and defencemen, Don Page, Ed Davis, and stalwart Gib King were surprised by the lack of service they saw.
