Dance Date Pictures Must Be Filed Today

Today is the last day for V-12ers to file pictures of their dates for the V-12 regimental dance on December 11. All pictures to be counted, must be post-marked not later than midnight tonight.

The pictures will be examined by Billy Rose and John Powers, and the results of the examination will filter back to Cambridge in time for the dance at Kirkland House. The winner of the contest will become the leader of the ROTC for a day, while the runner-ups will be regimental sub-commanders as a consolation prize.

The picture of the winning girl will replace the sinking ship on the cover of the V-12 gag-mag, The Periscope. Announcement of the winners and the runners-up will be made at the dance, and complete stories of the contest will be found in the magazine.
