The beginning of the "C" courses in meteorology has been postponed until February 15, according to a release yesterday from the War Service Information Bureau, which accounts for the delay which has occurred in sending orders to men already signed up for this training program.
ERC men who have already sent in applications for transfer to the meteorology school should write to headquarters in Chicago if they have not received orders by the first of the month, to check on their instructions.
Ralph Bischoff, civilian adviser to the pre-Meteorological schools, will be in Little Hall 11 from 2:30 to 5 o'clock on Monday, and from 9 to 1 o'clock on Wednesday, to interview applicants for the "B" course. The course requires two years of algebra, one year of high school science, one of college mathematics, and completion of a year of college.
"A" and "C" courses have already enough applicants, although a few more "C" men may possibly be taken. Requirements to enter this course are two years of high school algebra, one of plane geometry, one of high school science, and a high school diploma.
