Volunteer Service Asks for Service Wives' Cooperation

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Cambridge Womens Volunteer Service yesterday issued a call to all Navy and Army wives living in Cambridge to sign up for war work and routine peacetime activities with the Service headquarters at 18 Brattle Street.

Women are critically needed to take over duties on local rationing boards, at settlement houses, and in a host of other capacities, and it is hoped that wives of servicemen stationed in Cambridge will lend a hand at some of these jobs.
