The Seniors are David S. Randolph, James H. Reynolds, John Richardson, Preston W. Smith, and J. Eldon Sawhill. Juniors nominated are David B. Arnold, John E. Corrigan, Robert J. Harbison, Stuart McCarty, and William P. Slichter. Of these men, the first five expect to apply for the commissions.
