Presenting the best that Boston has to offer in the line of amusements and recreation, the Outing Club has scheduled for Saturday an all-day trip to Nantasket bathing beach and amusement center. Excellent swimming, thrills on the roller-coaster, and an enjoyable ocean trip on the Nantasket boat await those who sign up at the Summer School Office, Wadsworth 2, before Friday noon.
The party will leave the steps of Widener at 9:30 o'clock, and will return in time for supper. All members of the University are invited.
Historic Boston to Be Seen Sunday
The Outing Club, in line with its recently adopted policy this summer of abandoning some of its more strennous activities in order to please as many people in the Summer School as possible, has planned for Sunday a tour of historic Boston by horse-drawn carriage.
Paul Revere's house, Bunker Hill, the Old State House, the Old South Church, and the Old North Church will highlight the trip.
