Elections for Student Council Will Be Run Off Today and Tomorrow

6 Juniors, 3 Sophomores to Be Chosen by '43, '44 Ballot

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Beginning this morning, and continuing all day tomorrow, elections will be held throughout the College to choose six Juniors and three Sophomores for next year's Student Council

In addition to the list of nominations as announced in the CRIMSON last Thursday, four more names, two Juniors and two Sophomores, have been added to the ballot by petition. They are: Darey Curwen '43, Richard P. Gifford '43, Thomas T. Hoffman '44, and Richard C. Sorlien '44.

On both days, ballots will be available in the House dining rooms at all meals in the Dudley Commuters' Center, and in Sever and Harvard Halls. They may also be obtained in the clubs and at the Signet Society.

In order to be counted at all, a ballot must bear the name and class of the voter who hands it in, and no one not a member of the Junior or Sophomore classes may vote. Sophomores and Juniors, furthermore, may only vote for members of their own class.

After the nine names chosen are announced on Wednesday morning, the Council will meet later this week, and at this time five Juniors and three more Sophomores will be picked to round out next week year's Council.
