Acting Dean Morgan Denies That Law School Will Close

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Blasting the rumor that the Law School will not open next fall because of the war, Acting Dean Edmund M. Morgan, Royall Professor of Law, stated yesterday that the idea has "no foundation in fact whatever."

Not only will the school be active next fall but an extra session will be held this summer. Although he admitted that applications had fallen off drastically, as they have at law schools throughout the country, Dean Morgan flatly denied the rumor which had persisted for the past several weeks.
