Compensating for the loss of 18 lettermen by graduation and enlistment, Dick Harlow has announced that 17 members of last year's Freshman squad and 18 members of the Junior Varsity will report for spring practice today in Briggs Cage.

Especially promising of the group that must fill 10 Varsity positions are Yardling backs Don Richards and Paul Perkins, and Jayvee tackles Stan Durwood and Steve Mallett. Of the remaining 31 hopefuls, 20 are linemen, and 11 seek positions on the forward wall.
