Today is the last day on which undergraduates (including Freshmen) may change courses beginning in the second half-year without liability for the course fee as well as a $5 charge. Petitions must be field in person at University Hall 2.

Today is also the final date for dropping full courses with credit for the first half-year's work instead of February 16, as previously announced. Undergraduates filing such petitions will be liable for the $5 charge. R. H. Phelps.
