NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Keeping their perfect record, the Puritans notched up their fifth straight win in House hockey last night, overwhelming Leverett 8 to 1. Dudley, their closest rivals, fell to Eliot by a 5 to 1 count, as the Dormitory team defeated Kirkland 5 to 1 and Adams nosed out Lowell 4 to 3.

Bill LaCroix paced the Winthrop attack with four goals, with Bill Butcher scoring twice, and Dave Goldthwaite and Bill Apthorp once each. Bill Eustis was the sole scorer for the Bunnies.

Also scoring three times was Dormman Dick Holcombe, as Ben Benshimol and Gene Lovett beat the Kirkland goalie once each, and Norm Neagle saved the Deacons from a shutout.

Ted Rowse also scored three points to equal the Bellboys' total, while Bill Hausermann made the deciding tally. Dick Sorlien, Ed Townsend, and Bill Rottschafer found the nets for Lowell.
