YOUNG TO GIVE SECOND TALK IN ELIOT SERIES

Roland A. Young, instructor in Government and tutor in Eliot House, will lead the second in a series of Eliot House lectures at 7:30 o'clock Sunday evening in the Junior Common Room, it was announced yesterday. Young's topic is "The Effectiveness of Congress in the Present War".

Young, a former secretary of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, has written a book, "This is Congress" which will appear soon. A question period will follow his talk. Those who attend are invited to the Master's House after the meeting.
