At the request of the Navy, a special representative has been appointed to handle v-1 and v-7 enlistments at the University, Elliot Perkins '28, head of the War Service Information Bureau, announced yesterday.
Henry B. Bigelow, professor of Zoology, will take over the new post, interviewing applicants after they have filled out their enlistment blanks and gone to the Grant study. The blanks are available at the War Information Bureau office in Little Hall 12.
Applicants will then go through the customary procedure of obtaining recommendations from the Dean's Office and House Masters. Perkins added that students should not delay in enlisting, since no one can be sure how long free dem of action will be left.
