President Conant makes a public College address this morning for the first time since the opening of Summer School, when he conducts the daily services in Appleton Chapel at 8:40 o'clock.

It will be the first opportunity for Freshmen entering in September to hear the President, whose war duties have kept him in Washington a considerable period of time.
