Crime-Lampy Feud Flares When Keith Snubs Phinizy

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

When Eugene D. Keith '42, president of the Student Council, made out the list of Council members to go in the little red book which tells Freshmen where their fl-bucks goes, he neglected to check his erratic count of the 17 names involved. Or so he says.

Late last night when the book had been all set up and the type forms broken up, it developed that Keith's count had been a mere trifle off and that only 16 names were listed. Missing was that of Coles II. Phinizy '42, popularly elected member of the body. Keith spent two hours apologizing to the Forgotten Man.

Phinizy is president of the Lampoon. Keith is chairman of the Editorial Board of the CRIMSON.
