Parking-jams off Harvard Square will come in for discussion and perhaps action next Tuesday night, when T. S. Creedon of the Massachusetts Safety Council speaks at the annual meeting of the Harvard Square Businessmen's Association.

Three years ago the Association advocated parking meters as a solution to the problem, but the Cambridge City Council voted the suggestion down. Now that the Council is on its last legs, the Association may be expected to renew its demands.
