Because request for vocational advice have increased more than 100 percent over last year, John L. Steele has been re-appointed vocational counselor at Phillips Brooks House.

More concern for planning ahead is apparent in the number of interviews asked by undergraduates, Steele observed. Most applicants are fairly definite about their choice of a career and are anxious to find the latest information on the field. A few have inquired about the opportunities in such little-known occupations as movie-producing.
