BOYS CLUB TO SWIM VARSITY

Contest Warmup For Hard Dartmouth Meet Saturday

If the weather man permits, the Providence Boys Club will renew its annual swimming competition with the undefeated Harvard Varsity squad tonight at 8 o'clock in the Indoor Athletic Building Pool. Last year's meet was snowed under by the Valentines Day storm.

For the Ulenmen the contest tonight should be little more than a warm-up for the highly anticipated meet with Dartmouth on Saturday night. Only Soltysiak in the breastroke, Paulsen in the 220-yard free style and Gath in the dive may be counted on to offer any competition for the high flying Crimson tankers.

Vigorous Hal Ulen has been working the squad overtime since the return from Annapolis attempting to get the team back to its pre-Brown-meet pitch.

Dartmouth met Yale last Friday and according to the summaries the Michaelmen may be tough to beat. Eastern Intercollegiate League Swimming Standings Team  Won  Lost  Pts.  O.P.
