Conceived with the hope of grouping into one compact, efficient organization all students who are in favor of peace, a new drive has been started by the Student Union, which is offering a special Anti-war membership to members of the University.
Those who avail themselves of this privilege do not necessarily endorse the policy of the H.S.U. as a whole, but merely pledge themselves on the following points: 1. to fight to keep America out of the war, 2. to oppose those acts of the Administration or any other group which tend to involve the U.S. in the war, and 3. to fight for the strengthening and extension of our democracy at home.
