In short, the Dean's Office will be lenient on those who have a valid excuse for going to tutoring schools this Spring because of the possible injustice involved in applying the new rule immediately. On the other hand, the only way a student can be sure he has a valid excuse for going to a commercial tutoring school is to see the assistant Dean in charge of his class, or go to the Bureau of Supervisors for his aid.
