Winding up a varied year's program of lectures, the American Civilization Plan is sponsoring a talk by Dexter Perkins '09 on "American Foreign Policy and the Two World Wars" in Eliot House at 8 o'clock tonight.

Chairman of the History Department at the University of Rochester, Professor Perkins is an authority on the Monroe Doctrine and served as a captain in the U. S. Army in World War I.
