Freshman Spring Dance to Be Held Tomorrow Night

Round Trip Wellesley Bus Planned If Desired By Enough Students

Freshmen tired of clambering into torturous stiff shirts and paying outrageous sums of money for a dance are firm in support of the Union Committee's informal Spring Dance to be held on Wednesday evening in the Union. Don Gahan and the Dixon Sisters will supply the music, and the Union Dining Room will be open to Freshmen and their dates.

Realizing that a number of men want to invite Wellesley girls and do not have a car to meet them in, the Committee is planning to run a round trip bus to this college. The men will be able to ride with the girls both ways, and if 20 or more plan to use the bus, the round trip cost will be about $1.00 per couple.

The committee which is running the dance consists of George Putnam, chairman, John R. Abbott, Robert G. Axtell, Benjamin O. Gardiner, Howard T. Healy, Albert F. Hyde, H. W. Ford King, Caleb Loring, Jr., Anson G. McCook, Donald E. McNicol, William T. Murphy, Charles S. Putnam, and Richard L. Weinberg.
