Seven Appointed Chairman Of Brooks House Committee

Will Assume Positions on Cabinet at Meeting Monday

Chairmanship appointments to the various undergraduate committees of Phillips Brooks House were announced yesterday by E. Langdon Burwell '41, its newly elected president. These chairmen will make up the P.B.H. Cabinet.

Those appointed are Robert G. Axtell '43, Freshman Committee; Thomas P. Barnefield '42, Information Committee; Lincoln Bloomfield '41, Undergraduate Faculty Committee; Joseph A. Hartman '41. Library Committee; John C. Lacy '42, Speakers Committee; Harry Newman '42, Social Service Committee; Robert H. Orchard '42, Handbook Committee; and Roger S. Schafer '41, Foreign Students Committee.

The new officers will formally take their places in the Cabinet at the meeting on Monday.
