Two new plays, "Waiting for Lefty" by Clifford Odets and "The Fall of the City" by Archibald MacLeish, have been chosen for production by the Student Union Dramatic Club, it was revealed yesterday by John Holabird, '42, Chairman of the Dramatic Club Committee.
The plays are scheduled to run in Sanders Theatre on March 22 and 23. Together they will make a show lasting approximately two hours.
"Waiting for Lefty," a 'socially conscious' play presenting the problems of a group of strikers, has been cast and is in rehearsal. It was adapted from a play originally written for radio.
