TEN CANDIDATES ARE ADDED BY PETITION TO LIST OF CLASS OFFICERS

EDWARD ELLIS PETITIONED FOR JUNIOR ALBUM POST

Ten names have been added to the ballot for the first Senior Class election, scheduled for tomorrow and Wednesday, it was announced last night. One more man, Edward P. Allis, 4th, has been placed on the Junior Album slate via the petition route.

Those petitioned as candidates for Class Marshals are Douglas Mercer '40, Frederick Holdsworth, Jr., '40, and Ernest J. Sargeant '40. Mercer and Holdsworth were originally nominated for Class Treasurer, but withdrew after being nominated for Marshal.

Thurber Up For Treasurer

Donald McD. D. Thurber '40 was added to the list of nominees for Treasurer, and Edward G. Dreyfus received the 25 signatures necessary to place him on the Class Chorister slate.

During the past week five new names were placed on the Class Poet nomination roster, as Seniors petitioned for the inclusion of James B. Massie '40, Louis A. Walters, Jr., '40, Cranston E. Jones '40, Park W. W. Masters '40, and James H. Lakeman '40.

Voting both for Class officers and for Junior Album Committee will begin tomorrow morning.
