STUDENTS ESCAPE FINES FOR VIOLATIONS OF PARKING RULES

Although Yard police have issued many parking tickets, no students have so far been fined this year for violating the University parking regulations, officials stated yesterday.

Very occasionally, students who persistently ignore the parking rules and fail to bring their tickets to General Alfred's office. Are charged on their term bill for $2 per ticket, Yard police explained.
