Joint Practices Prepare For Concord With Boston Symphony Concert

More than a hundred girls of Radcliffe's Glee Club met with the Harvard Glee Club last night for the first joint rehearsal of the season.

Under the direction of Professor G. Wallace Woodworth, the groups are beginning a weekly schedule of meeting in preparation for the annual performance with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Serge Koussevitzky on April 27.

Beetheven's "Missa Solemnis in D will be the feature of the program, in addition to this major choral work, other numbers are being prepared for intermediate concerts.

On February 14 a joint recital will be given at Milton Academy. During March, performances at Saunders Theatre, at Providence, and at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts will be presented by the two societies.
