When 300 Massachusetts teachers convene at Harvard today as guests of the Cambridge Union of University Teachers they will be meeting with the blessings of William Green, president of the A.F. of L., of which the C.U.U.T. is an affiliate.
In a letter to Ernest J. Simmons '25, assistant professor of English and C.U.U.T. president, Green wrote, "Be assured of the full support and assistance of the A.F. of L. I express the hope that you may hold a most successful and satisfactory conference."
Ned H. Dearborn, N.Y.U. Dean of General Education, will deliver the keynote address on "Democracy in School Administration" in Emerson D this afternoon. Proceedings will be broadcast over WEEI from 3:30 to 4 o'clock and from 4:45 to 5:15 o'clock.
