Group From 23 Colleges Hold Annual Conference Over Week-End

One hundred delegates from 23 New England men's and women's colleges will arrive here tomorrow for the annual two-day conference of the New England Conference for International Affairs.

Professor Frederick Schuman, instructor of History at Williams College, will address the group at 8 o'clock tomorrow evening in the New Lecture Hall. Saturday morning the delegates will discuss the American farm policy among themselves, and Saturday afternoon they will hold their annual meeting.
