Major Sargent's charges, fresh from their conquest over Yale last week; had a close call in Saturday night's game with Danvers, which they won in an overtime by the score of 9 to 8.

While the Varsity was able to beat Danvers, the Freshmen were not so fortunate, dropping their last League match to Blue Hills 7 to 4.

Both teams were hampered by lack of time for group practice. Save for the Yale game the Freshmen haven't played as a team during the last four weeks. With the Varsity Gay Dillingham's sickness has disrupted team practice.
