Six cars parked on the east side of Quincy Street were hauled away by the police for unlawful parking at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon.

Sergeant A. L. Dynam who was in charge said, "There are plenty of no-parking signs along the street. Any-how the cars were parked too far away from the curb and Quincy, St. must remain open for the fire engines to come through."

A delivery man who stopped in front of President Conant's house to deliver a birthday cake to Mrs. Conant returned to find his wagon missing. He gave vent to considerable chagrin and profanity.
