KENNEDY CHOSEN CLASS DAY COMMITTEE LEADER

COMMITTEE LEARNS DUTIES AND OUTLINES BUDGET

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At its opening meeting, the Class Day committee elected Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., chairman and decided to keep the same prices for Class Day events as were charged last year.

The principal business was to approve the budget and to learn what the committee has to do in planning the Class Day program.

Applications must be in by April 2 for the Ivy Orator whom the committee will choose after spring vacation. The head usher, a junior, is also to be picked soon.

The committee found that its expenses would be covered if these prices were continued: admittance to the enclosure around the Houses, 25 cents; admission to the Stadium exercises, $1; for Seniors marching in the Stadium exercises, $4.50; for others, $5.50; for luncheon after the Triangle exercises, $1.25; for the supper and concert after the Yale Baseball game, $2.50; for the concert and dance after the game, $1.50.
