Charles Morton Smith, clinical professor of syphilology, emeritus, at the Medical School, died Saturday at his home in Boston.
Class of 1893 at the Medical School, he served his internship in the Boston City Hospital, and later became chief of the syphilis clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital in which capacity he served 15 years.
Dr. Smith was a past president of the American Dermatological Association and chairman of the New England Dermatological Society.
