Freshmen who have not participated in the Yale swimming meet are eligible for the annual Freshman intramural swimming championships, to be held tomorrow afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in the Indoor Athletic Building.

Frank Vanghan, intramural swimming coach, said that between 30 and 40 entrants are expected to compete. Yardling splasher will strive in the following events: 50-yard free style; 100-yard free style; 200-yard free style; 100-yard backstroke; 100-yard breaststroke; 75-yard medley swim, and the dive.

Vanghan said that, following the custom of recent years, no medals will be given to the intramural winners. Sometimes, he said, winners have been authorized to buy their own trophies.
