Dr. Harry R. De Silva, Lecturer on motor vehicle administration for the Bureau of Street Traffic Research, will speak on "Measurement of Driving Skill of Motorists," on Wednesday at 7:30 o'clock in Room 110, Pierce Hall. The lecture which will be accomplished by a demonstration, will be open to the public.
