Upperclassmen to Join Harlow For Grid Drill Today

Yannigans In Background As All Regulars But Kevorkian Report

Spring football gets under way in earnest today when all upperclassmen will report to Coach Dick Harlow. In addition to members of last fall's Varsity and Junior Varsity squads men who have been on probation are expected to report. The only letterman who will not be present is Al Kevorkian, veteran tackle, who will undergo a back operation during spring vacation.

Satisfied that he has a good idea of the Freshman material that has been working for a week, Harlow is anxious to see how they shape up alongside the veterans. The Freshman drills have run with smoothness and with satisfactory results.

Most of the time in the practice sessions will be devoted to work on fundamentals. After vacation when the squad gets outside, contact work will be started.

Leroy Mills, kicking expert, will make his annual trip here Saturday.
