Although Captain Richard M. Dorson '37 was upset by M. d. Clarke of the Dartmouth Club, his teammates were sufficiently strong to turn back the opposition, 4-1, in a match played at the Linden Street Courts yesterday.
Alvah W. Sulleway '38 defeated F. Chase in three games out of four, while John C. Develin '38 overcame E. R. Davis in three straight games.
Daniel E. Burbank, Jr. '37 also beat A. D. Noble in three straight as George B. Blake '39 trounced Dr. E. J. Sawyer in the same manner.
This is Dorson's first defeat since he lost to Buell Hollister, number one man on the Yale team, for the intercollegiate invitation squash racquet tourney during the Charistmas holidays.
