Dean Hanford will preside at a luncheon Friday opening the fifty-second annual meeting of the New England Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. About 1000 educators are expected to attend.
Robert M. Hutchins, President of the University of Chicago, will make the major address of the meeting and is expected to propose a reorganization of secondary schools and colleges.
Five New England college presidents will be gathered here for the occasion. They are: Charles Seymour of Yale, Henry M. Wriston of Brown, Roswell G. Ham of Mount Holyoke, Father McGarry of Boston College, and Fred Englehardt of New Hampshire.
