Ozias Goodwin Memorial Scholarship, for the study of constitutional or international law, to Harvey S. Perloff 2G, of Philadelphia.

Edward Russell scholarship, to Leslie G. McConnell, Jr., 1G, of Portland, Oregon.

Thayer scholarships to Edmond F. Ricketts 2G, of Jackson, Mississippi, and Latham B. Weber 1G, of Salamanca, New York.

Townsend scholarship, to Francis R. Walton 4G, of Narbeth, Pennsylvania.

Wales scholarship, to Jay B. Wescott 2G, of Ypsilanti, Michigan.

University fellowships to: Harold W. Davey 2G, of Syracuse, New York; Guy H. Dodge 4G, of East Cleveland, Ohio; Henry F. May, Jr. 1G, of Berkeley, Californio; Frederic C. Murphy 2G, of Berlin, New Hampshire; and David McC. Wright 1G, of Savannah, Georgia.
