Entering its third week of existence, the Freshman Yacht Club elected Robert E. Seidman as commodore, Frank N. Cunningham secretary-treasurer, and Roger Willcox fleet captain Wednesday night at a meeting in the Union.
The constitution of the Club, drawn up two weeks ago, has been ratified, and regular scheduled meetings are held now every week. The membership numbers thirty at the present time, with more wanted.
Already a race with Dartmouth has been scheduled, to take place early in the spring. The Club plans the purchase of two or three dinghies next term, which will be paid for with the membership dues.
